How to donate?
There is one way to donate your unwanted garments to Timeless. You can book a free collection online anytime or by phone 02098756789 between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

We collect Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm from London and Tuesdays and Thursdays from near London within 50 miles.
​
When you book your collection slot we arrange a special bag delivery depending on the quantity of your donation. We will come to collect your donations within 48 hours from your booking.

What you can donate?
We accept damaged or unwanted garments (women and man).
All styles wanted including designers, vintage, and high street.

Accessories (bags, jewelleries, scarfs, hats etc) - damaged or unwanted.
​
NO linen, duvets or pillows
NO shoes, underwear.

Timeless needs donations which are in good enough condition to resell, we don’t mind about the fit, style or era.
When you are bagging up your donations, just ask yourself if items are in good enough condition to be resold to someone else. If the answer is yes, we definitely want them. If you have some items which are worn, that’s fine.

Every aspect of Timeless work aims to minimise, improve and transform the impacts of clothes – from stopping clothes being thrown away, to extending the life of clothes in our charity shops and our ethical fashion label Timeless, to delivering sustainable education, to the international development projects we fund to improve environmental and working practices in the fashion industry.
